In my Jan jee mains 2020 there was my name spelling mistake. So when I filled my April Jee Mains 2020 in Feb form I rectified my mistake on the same application no.,Will my Jan and April Jee Mains scores will come together in the same application no & I'll be able to use Jan scores with correction?

If you have already corrected the spelling of your name, definitely you will get your result with the name you have provided later on.
If you have not corrected the name in January application form and did the correction in April attempt, then there is a chance that you get the correct name in result. As the system has already caught up the correction, it will provide the correct name indeed.
