Hello,

If your surname is misspelled (with a missing alphabet) on your leaving certificate and marksheet, you should:

1. Contact the school or institution that issued the documents.

2. Explain the error and provide proof of your correct surname (e.g., Aadhaar card, passport, or birth certificate).

3. Request them to issue corrected documents (leaving certificate and marksheet).

4. Obtain an official correction letter or affidavit from the institution, if possible.

5. Keep a record of the correction request and response from the institution.

This will help you:

· Get corrected documents for future use.

· Avoid potential issues during admissions, jobs, or other official processes.

· Ensure your personal details match across all documents.

hope this helps,

Thank you
