in my marksheet in digilocker when i am viewing it from mobile phone it is showing cross in the signature area but when i am viewing it in laptop its not showing the cross . pls clear this problem of mine asap

Dear Student,
If it's opening in your laptop then most probably it could have error in the app of your mobile phone or else remove and install it again. Or you can try uploading the document again or scan it again. Even if this doesn't solve your problem, you may contact the help line number which is provided by digilocker itself. Moreover, there can be some technical glitch too, which will be resolved by the digilocker team. Feel free to drop any query realted to this or else. We are always ready to help you.
