In my mocks I'm getting a good score on quants but VA and LR seems on another side it. How should I takle this?

The more you're comfortable with language and grammar the better understanding and grasp you would have over this section.
You can devote daily 1.5 hours in reading and watching news.

Above all this you should go through previous years questions and get an idea of pattern and level of questions been asked in previous CAT papers.

Do not be afraid of solving complicated DI and LR sets. You need to continuously challenge yourself and solve as many advanced level problems as possible.
Practice sectional mocks and analyse them to understand the concepts clearly.
Coming to VA section:
You are good in Quants but the method to follow VA is different. The CAT Verbal Section is all about testing Reading Ability. Simply put, it is the measure of how well a candidate can relate to the ideas presented in the paragraph.
Practice the mocks, previous year papers, analyse them and know area you need to work hard.
In VA, the important part is accepting critics and evaluate critically so worry less about your grammar and focus on other aspects.
