In my NEET form, if I wish to correct my photograph and photocard, do I've to reupload all the documents again? Or do I need to fill the whole form again? or can I just reupload the photograph/postcard?

In the neet application form if you have received any mail from the nta to correct your photographs in your application then you have to edit it or even if you are doubtful about the document that you have uploaded might be wrong then kindly edit it now itself.
You need not fill the full application form ,you only need to upload the correct photographs.
The last date of the correction in the application form is 27th of may.

My candidate's name follows the Surname-name-father's name format.
Below my photo it has the name-surname format. Will my form be rejected for such a mistake?
