In my original leaving certificate , my family members have by mistake written on it , now my college is refusing to take the LC,and even school isn't issuing a duplicate LC. How can i get the duplicate LC?

hello,
there is nothing can be done if school is not issuing another leaving certificate. it is normal for colleges to not taken the over written certificate. you can request to the principle of your school to re issue another duplicate certificate, take your parents with you and request.
