In my question paper i have written correct booklet number but there is a single mistake in the booklet code,will my paper get cancelled?

Hello, I hope you are doing well
If you are talking about boards, then no minute mistakes like these won't affect your result that much and certainly your paper won't be cancelled.
Mistakes such as wrong date, question paper code not written are rectified by the invigilator before the final submission of answer sheets from his side.
So, don't bother yourself by thinking that your paper will be cancelled.
