Thanks for asking your query,if after reexamination you pass your hsc board then you will be eligible to give any engineering entrance exam of India except Jee mains and advance because they don't expect supplementary students.

Yes you will be eligible for cet 2019 if you cleared all your 12 hsc board subjects this year . But there are some criteria like you only have three atempts for cet .

And age limits , and minimum 50% in pcm or pcb .
