in my school i have studied both hindi and English as my main subjects can i add this to best four subjects to get into LSR

Unfortunately, no. You can not select two language subjects to be counted in your best of four to get into LSR or any other reputed college of Delhi University. You will have to change your choice of subjects that you want to be counted for your best of four, and the requirements will follow accordingly.
