Whether you will get a seat in a medical college under 85% state quota depends on the nber of seats available in the particular state as well as the average NEET UG scores of the candidates from the state. These two things along with your category will determine your rank. If your rank falls within tje range of number of seats available, then you do have a chance to get a seat. If not, then you don't have a chance.
