Ahmad, when you say you have Armed Forces reservation, is it Ex-servicemen quota? Please do help us understanding this part. If it is so, there is 2% horizontal reservation for wards of Ex-Servicemen in UP NEET Counselling. Now in 2019 under State Quota, 629 marks secured a seat in KGMC under OBC Category. That has been the cut off. But with 620, you are on the border line. But with Ex-Servicemen quota, you should be able to pull it off in KGMC.
Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
