I can understand that this year despite of scoring such a high score you get such a rank but this shows that how much the Competetion is rising and also the cutoff is going to rise so much high .
You belong to Gen so there may be chances that you may get a MBBS /BDS collage in your state but in the mop up round and i am sorry for that.

Coming to your question, according to the previous year’s cutoffs, it seems to be difficult to get admission into a government college. But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.Last year the minimum cutoff for MBBS was in the range of score of 570s for the unreserved category, while in 2018 the minimum cutoff was in the 400s.

As per the previous years records, with this marks it is difficult for you to get into Government MBBS college with this marks and rank. You have decent chances in the private institutes. Coming to the point of BDS, you have a very decent chances to avail colleges like

Your marks are quite good but enough to get you into a good college, though you may get into some low ranked government college for mbbs.
Yes surely bds degree is available at your rank. As you said you have home state advantage for up then you may get some college ther for mbbs.
