You can apply for the Medhavi Chaatra Yojana only after getting enrolled in any undergraduate course or at least you should have your admission letter form the respective Institute. After that you can go to their official website and you will have to register and fill out the form with all the accurate information. After that you will have to submit the copy of your from along with your relevant documents in accordance with the eligibility rules set by the government for availing this scheme. The Institute will verifying your documents and will forward the clearance of your verification to the sanctioning authority. And that's it your work it done.
