In neet 2021 application form I have not mentioned the locality in address section as it said that it is optional. I have submitted the application successfully and received the confirmation page. Will it be rejected as I did not mention locality?

No, it won't get rejected for this because has nothing to do with your residential address but they all want is your state of residence so that you can further appear for state quota counselling, so don't worry.
Later on if you found anything that need to be modified in NEET UG 2021 Application form then you can edit it during the correction window as per the time line mentioned below.
Now the Time line for NEET UG 2021 goes like :-
** Online submission of Application form : July 13th to August 6th 2021 till 11:50 PM
** Last date of online fee submission : August 7th 2021 till 11:50 PM
** Correction window : August 8th to August 12th 2021
** Exam city declaration : August 20th 2021
** Admit card release : 3 days prior to the NEET UG 2021 examination.
** Examination date : September 12th 2021
If there would be any discrepancy in any of the images that you have uploaded then you will receive an e-mail from NTA.
