Hello,

You need to fill the marks scored in class 11th and class 12th separately in NEET UG 2021 application form. In first set of application you need to fill personal details, present address, permanent address in registration details and in application details you need to fill few more personal details, educational details of class 12th and upload documents. In second set of application you need to fill personal details, class 10th details, class 11th details, additional details, parents income details and upload document. SO you need to fill class 11th and class 12th details in their respective places. But to determine you eligibility class 12th marks scored in Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry are considered.
