In neet 2022 application, i have uploaded income certificate in place of category certificate.can i change it through correction window?

Yes you can upload your category certificate during correction window which will be opened once the application process gets concluded i.e. after May 6th, 2022.
Also note that if uploading either OBC - NCL or EWS certificate that is to be uploaded in the NEET UG 2022 application form, should have been issued on or after January 1st 2022 according to the latest guidelines of Government of India. In case you fail to upload it (issued on or after January 1st, 2022) at the time of registration then the EWS candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of Gen-EWS Certificate at (Appendix - IXB) in Information bulletin] to that effect (Reference: No.F.No.20013/01/2018-BC-II) .
****** During counselling process there will be a document verification before admission in any college and during that time you should have your latest and valid certificate.
