In neet application, my state of eligility is given as delhi by mistake, but i belong to tamil nadu. How to change it, please help me

Yes definitely it will create problem because when during the verification of documents will be asked to produce your proof of domicile of giving class 10 and 12 examinations of a particular state if you produce the West Bengal documents and your choice in the forms as Delhi you will not be validated as a candidate of either state.
The best option will be to make use of the correction window available from 14 to 31st January 2019 for the NEET UG But the date is over , so you can't make the correction now
