The Domicile of any candidate is valid only if the candidate is the resident of that state or if he has passed his 12th board examination from that state.

So as far your question is concerned , No you can apply for domicile in both the states. The state to which you belong you are eligible for that only. Your Wife's state of domicile won't help you .
