In neet counselling if i got seat in first round and didnt join it and applied for 2nd round...will my seat from 1st round gets cancelled??

Dear Apoorva, lets say you got a seat in a certain college in Round 1. Whether you want to join the college or not, you still need to go to to the college. If you want to join, you complete the formalities. If you do not want to join, even then, you need to attend the college and surrender the seat within prior mentioned time period. Once you surrender your seat, you can participate in Round 2. But if you dont surrender the seat or join the college, you cannot appear for Round 2 because it would be assumed that you have accepted the allotted college.
