The number of questions in neet examination from class 11 and 12th are almost equal to 50 -50 % , there has not been much difference in the number of questions asked in NEET from class 11th and class 12th over the past years.

It 's 50/50 for both 11th and 12th . But if you consider the general trends, 11th covers about 52% and 12th about 48%. Not much of a difference. But to make sure i will suggest you to go through the syllabus and check the chapters which covers more weightage of marks .
