Hello,

No, palazzo is not allowed to wear on NEET exam day, also try to avoid dark color as dark color clothes are not allowed, you can opt for a loose trouser having no pocket or zip pocket, wear only half sleeve clothes as full sleeve clothes are strictly prohibited, Don't opt for a legging as well, because legging is also prohibited.

Well according to the guidelines , the candidates are advised to wear light coloured clothes and i'll suggest you to strictly adhere to the dressing code released by NTA.

Dress code for female

Candidates should wear light coloured clothes.

Female candidates must also wear a mask and gloves as per COVID 19 safety guidelines set by the authority.


Female candidates are advised not to wear clothes that have elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches, or buttons as this is prohibited in the NEET dress code for female 2021 specified by NTA. Following the dress code of NEET 2021, female candidates should wear half sleeve clothes.


Jeans with big pockets and fashionable getup will generally not be allowed for females as per the NTA NEET dress code. So, female aspirants, are advised to avoid wearing jeans on NEET 2021 exam day.


It is best to avoid high heels and thick sole shoes and instead opt for sandals or slippers. Low heel footwear is also allowed.


Female candidates must avoid wearing any kind of jewelry like earrings, nose rings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelet or anklets.


NOTE - Metal detectors may cause an unnecessary hassle if the metal is found on the person.
