Dear Anas, Biology section has 90 MCQs. Every right answer gets you 4 points and 1 wrong answer takes away 1 mark. So to score 345, you cannot afford any negative marking. You should get atleast 87 questions right which means you can afford to skip answering 3 questions. I'll repeat, you can only afford to skip answering 3 questions but cannot afford to write even a single wrong answer. NTA depends largely on NCERT books. But there are also other NEET oriented books in the market that can help you:

Human Physiology and Genetics have maximum weightage in NEET. It is advisable to practise questions of Genetics from previous year question papers, which will give you a thorough understanding of how the questions are being asked. Topics of Plant and Animal kingdom have a lot of portion to memorize. You can prepare these topics by making a comparative table for the sub-topics and studying it together. On an average, around 75 to 80 questions asked in biology out of total 90 questions in biology in neet are directly based on ncert. So if you do the ncert well and master it you can surely score 320+ marks but only reading ncert will not help you , you will have to practice mcqs as well for that you can go for ncert at your fingertips by mtg , it's a great book to master the ncert through mcqs. And at the last when you are done with the whole syllabus, you should solve mock test papers. You will be surely able to score 340+ marks .
