Hi,
Yes it's not Small issue. In everywhere in your documents everything must be same. If you affidavit your documents it's not create any problems. Bt you must change fault in adhare card because you may update your adhare card.

In Aadhaar FAQ in neet website, it is written, if name is not same, then fill neet form with present Aadhaar details and then after form submission before counseling get Adhar name corrected to match with school records. So, I have got my name corrected as per FAQ and also got affidavit that both name belong to same and correct name is as per given in 10th marksheet.
