First of all , all the NEET counselling is done on this given site i.e. mcc.nic.in
The process is began with the registration in 1st round . Once all the step has been done then the seat will be allotted. If you have not allotted with any seat in 1st round then you can go for the 2nd round of counseling then on mop up round respectively ( with new registration again )
So for every round you need to do registration with all the following steps again .
You can proceed your counseling process as per your own capability by interest its depend upon that you are eligible for NEET pg or not .
