in neet pg counselling through all india quota what will be the proforma for obc certificate..where o find it.

The proforma for OBC Certificate is available in the Information Bulletin of NEET PG 2020. This is available on their official website. For you need to avail OBC reservation, your Caste should be listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you should select General Category as your Category and you wouldn't need any OBC category certificate.
