Hi Zara , i am sorry to say that from previous year trend it is seen that the last rank for counselling in NEET PG was 77391st rank via all india quota and got MD phamacology under SC reservation only in King george medical college Lucknow,so yeah for your rank (without any reservation) its highly difficult to get this  time, but its okay, take your time and prepare well, am sure you can do alot better next time, good luck
