The syllabus of NEET is the same as the recommended syllabus by cbse of class 11 and 12 .Friction is included in the syllabus as well as Newton's law of Friction.

Definitely it is there is NEET Syllabus, you won't find it being particularly mentioned anywhere but while solving the questions of the Chapter 'Force', you shall encounter many questions with regard to friction.
Be it on a horizontal plane dealing with kinetic energy or on a slanted plane, where the velocity needs to be determined, frictions has always been a vital part of NEET.
