The virtual vacancy of NEET UG counselling 2019 mentions the NEET rank of candidates who have been allotted a seat in the first round and have choose for the upgradation in the second round of counselling. If such aspirants get an upgraded seat in round two of NEET counselling 2019 their seat in the first round will be vacated for other candidate. The final seat matrix of NEET UG 2019 second round will be released soon. Candidates who had registered for the first round of counselling are not required to register again. The result of the second round of NEET counselling 2019 will be declared in online mode on July 17. While, candidates with allotted seats must report at the designated institutes from July 17 to 25, 2019. MCC will then transfer the remaining vacant 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats to the respective state quota on July 25, 2019, for further state counselling admissions. The seats are filled priority wise. The Cutoffs and category wise. The minority are alloted first.
