Every year the admission in government college differ according to the cutoff and the difficulty level of the exam and also on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam.
According to your score and Category it is quite difficult to predict either you will get chance for the admission in government college or not.
Because maximum seats gets filled till third round.
And for general Category the cutoff is relatively high as compared to the other categories.
But yes you can apply for 3rd round counseling and try your luck.
Either you can also apply in mop up round.
If you will not get any mbbs seat better try for BDS
