In neet Ug 2021 maharashtra councelling registration process I have uploaded my father's and mother's name correctly but forgot to mention their middle name. In my neet Ug score card my parent's name includes middle name too. What should I do?

Since you have correctly filled the names of your parents and other details hopefully it shouldn't be a problem if you forgot to add the middle name of your parents.
Further if a correction facility is available regarding the registration process then you can change the details.
