Dear Aspirant,

Generally, the distribution is as follows for subject-wise:

Physics: 40% of 11th and 60% of 12th

Chemistry: 45% of 11th and 55% of 12th

Biology: 55% of 11th and 45% of 12th.

These are relative percentages and are subjected to change with years.

Hello aspirant ,

You can see from the previous year question papers that both class 11 and 12 is important for Neet .so basically  that in one of the previous year question paper we can easily see that class 12 got high weightage but if you see previous some years question paper you can easily find out that it is not sure which parts waitage becomes high. so my advice is that do both part.
