in nit admission we need both migration certificate and tc . if we have tc tgen we also need migration certificate.

See, ideally yes you should have both TC and migration certificate, as most of schools do provide both of them.

However if you don't have one of them, it isn't going to be like that your admission will be canceled on that basis, the thing is you might just need to go through a bit more paper work in NIT, explain why you don't have that, and might need go to different offices and meet different department people to get the things done.

For a fresher it is going to be a tedious task, so if you can arrange it you will have easier time, but if you can not, no need to panic, just inform the college through mail and ask them what needs to be done, and they will guide you.
