There is no such good colleges who pregerred you to take the economics hons without mathematics.  As you are going to hons degree then you must have previously know about the basics on that particular subjects. Msny students close their future scopes by not taking mathematics with economics. I'll suggest to take mathematics with your subject combination. NSHM college campus provides special coaching classes on mathematics and statistics.
