The qualifying criteria of NTSE 2019 stage 1 is 40% in case of General/OBC candidates and 32% for SC/ST candidates in both MAT and SAT. Your score seems to be fair enough to qualify the first stage of NTSE 2019 but getting selected for the second stage of NTSE entirely depends on the cut off released by your state along with the result.
