In obc category I got 1573 rank in bcece. So sir pliz tell whether I will get admission here in civil branch or not.. if not then which clg?

i think you forgot to mention name of the college you are interested in. you can try following colleges with this rank and category:
- Shershah College of Engineering, Sasaram
- Katihar College of Engineering, Katihar
- Saharsa College of Engineering, Saharsa
- Supaul College of Engineering, Supaul
