Yes , in Odisha we have national institute of fashion technology, Bhubaneswar.
The admission in this course is through entrance exam that is NIFT.
Basic eligibility is student had done 10 +2 from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks .

Yes, there is a government college of B.Sc in fashion design. Utkal University of Culture - UUC, is one of the oldest university in Odisha and the 17th-oldest university in India located in Bhubaneswar , Odisha. The affiliated colleges are Indian Institute of Yogic Science and Research - IIYSAR in Angur and Trytoon Academy in Bhubaneswar.
