In open seats are Karnataka students allowed to take those open seats ?

After allotment on 23/08/2018, leftover seats will be notified on website of Karnataka, Interested candidates can participate on 24/08/2018 having ranks all India Rank above one lakhs. You can apply & stay tuned with the official website for the updated information.
