in order to become a dietitian you can choose both courses , bsed on the specialisation you take in that perticular course. i think for a dietitian vsc home science is better than food technology. usually careers after food tech includes food production manager ,quality manager ,production manager etc .so i think bsc home science would be better .however research a bit more
