In pg cet 2019 for msc in environment management i got 19 rank and i belong to general category Do i have a chance to get a seat

For general there are 13-14 seats. Then do i have a chance

Well in that case your chance gets narrower but not completely ruled out because if rank holders having less rank than you choose to opt for any other colleges, then you can easily get a seat. This would require 6 rank holders in the top 18 to opt out of PU.
