Yes, Physics can also be divided in four to five parts based on the common nature of any chapter. The divisions can be Mechanics, Modern Physisc, Electricity and Magnetism and Waves and Thermodynamics. Topics like Physics and Measurement, Kinematics, Laws of motion, Work Energy and Power, Rotational Motion, Gravitation, Properties of Solids and Liquids etc can be included in Mechanics sections. Electricity and Magnetism part consists topics related to Electricity, Magnetic Induction etc. Important chapters from this section such as Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating currents, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism etc. Modern physics involves topics such as Optics, Electromagnetic Waves, Atoms And Nuclei, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation, Electronic devices, Communication Systems etc. Electronic devices is one of the most important chapters. Waves and Thermodynamics have concepts related to Kinetic Theory of Gases, Thermodynamics, Oscillations and Waves etc. A huge number of questions come from Mechanics and Electricity and Magnetism parts.
