Almost every year, a few chapters continue to grab pretty high weightage. And if you've carefully noticed the trend of questions that have been asked in the recent years, the number of questions on ELECTROSTATICS have been either maximum or at par with the number of questions on topics like RAY OPTICS, which is an equally important topic.

Similar is the case with ROTATIONAL MOTION as this has the nearly the highest number of questions from class 11 topics or at par with the number of questions asked from WAVES AND OSCILLATIONS.

The gist of all the above explanation is that, the topics you've asked about are VERY IMPORTANT from NEET point of view and will help you score well if you have a good grip on them.
