in ptu counselling if My 1st preference college for b.tech cse has not twf seat but i am applicable for without twf seat . in 2nd preference college twf seat has then which seat i alloted

If you're applicable according to their category and cutoff . They will alot your seat according to the twf seat of you are applicable according to their basis.
So , if you are applicable without twf seat in your 1 preference college so you surely will get alot in this
But if youare applicable according to twf seat in your 2 preference college so your seat will alot according to twf seat .
