In round 2 I haven't submitted documents and selected float , now in round 3 it's showing I am not eligible, what to do?

Hello,
So first of all try to submit documents for round 2 then only that allotment would be valid . The option float or freeze is given to the students to think about the college admission and be sure before choosing. But you need to complete the formalities required like submitting documents and fees. Only then you can appear for round 3 counselling.
