No, there is no special reservations for Union Territory in SASTRA.
There are four categories of admission in SASTRA.
1. Tamilnadu quota
2. Trichy - Tanjore quota
3. NRI quota
4. All India quota
About 70 percentage of seats are reserved for the Trichy Tanjore and Tamilnadu quota.
Hence, if you are in a union territory you will come under the all India quota for admission.
