In SRM if 49000 rank and I got counselling letter i.e can I get definitely admission in that college?

Dear aspirant!!! Congratulations on your rank,I would like to inform you that you'll surely get admission in the college but you may not get the main campus for streams like CSE,ECE,IT,Mechanical with your rank. So, you mayu get other campuses during counselling but you'll get a seat provided you score 60% marks in pcm in your class 12 boards.
