Qualifications

The minimum educational requirement for Sub-Inspector (SI) in CBI is a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or an equivalent in any discipline. So, graduates between the ages of 20 and 30 are eligible to apply for this position.

To join as a CBI-SI through SSC CGL exam you have to clear all the levels of SSC CGL. SSC CGL have four tiers, Tier- 1, Tier-2, Tier-3, Tier4. After clearing these three levels you have to go through physical test.
