As you have mentioned that your neet score is 517 marks which indeed is a good score. Let me tell you that, as you have mentioned that the last marks for AP student is 528 marks. See,  as mentioned that you fall under Unreserved category, and if you don't hold the  state domicile, then it would be difficult for you to fetch the seat.. Moreover, if you hold ews reservation, then also you have good chances of getting a seat... So, now it totally depends upon your category...

But looking your marks it seems that you will get a seat...
