Hello,

In any parameter, NIT Agartala is way better than Satyabhama University in terms of CS Dept. Most of the professors in NIT Agartala have P.Hd and publish their own research papers regularly. They are very friendly and it would be easy to establish contact with them as compared to Satyabhama University where 1.5k students are there in the CSE Department. NIT Agartala, being a government institute also has an MoU with ISRO for incubation center and houses a supercomputer in the department.

If you are thinking about placements after your degree you should go against Satyabhama University due to its declining records. Otherwise, with its top-notch campus and infrastructure with qualified faculty, it is a good branch to take.

Finally, I would advise you that teachers in any engineering college in India is as good as the student. Thus faculty are more or less same but all other factors weigh the scale towards NIT Agartala.

Thanks
