You did nit mention about the branch you would be getting at RV College of Engineering and IIIT Bangalore. Although, IIIT Bangalore is great in terms of academics, placements, technical culture. So, it would be a great option to pursue integrated M.tech programmes from IIIT Bangalore. Also, RVCE is good too but not all branches at RVCE are great. So if you are not inclined towards any of the two colleges and you want to make a choice, you can choose IIIT Bangalore.

Between the two IIIT Bangalore has the highest placements with good packages. IIIT Bangalore also has good faculty members with professional qualification. You also have hostel facility for both the colleges. Placements for IIIT colleges in General is very high compared to other states run colleges.
