Your rank is almost near to the cut off rank of the college. The second round of counselling might provide you a seat there if there are vacancies present. you can apply for the next round too .It Depends on your caste in a major way. More preference is given to sc and st candidates.

You have good chances to get a seat the next couple rounds for sure if the sets remain vacant.

It depends...as you have good rank you may get admission. It depends on the others taking admission in same college
